Moldova is a newcomer, as announced previously. And Latvia is returning back to the contest, they were out of it since 2005.. And Lithuania also returned back, they were gone only for a year because of the economical crisis.. And Sweden's broadcaster TV4 announced that they decided not to participate in 2010 but the older broadcaster of Sweden (SVT) decided to take it over from TV4.. But they are out of Sandéns so we'll see what they'll come up with. SVT were in jESC from 2003-2005, 15th place all 3 times.
